Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to your personal health information. New patients will be asked to sign an acknowledgment form that you received this Notice.

Our emphasis is on quality outcomes. Our physicians are licensed by the State Board of Ohio Medical Examiners. Although each doctor treats his own patients, the physicians are associates, which assures patients that a qualified urologist is always available to them should a problem require immediate attention.

Scheduled office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at our centrally located facility in Toledo. In addition to our central location, we maintain six other office locations.

Our patients are given confidential, supportive, and individualized treatment in a compassionate and professional environment at each of our locations. We are accepting new patients, newborn through geriatric.

Our physicians are available for Speakers Bureaus and symposiums and are qualified to speak on urologic related topics.
